30 days: Full refund

180 days: Store credit
You’ll receive a refund confirmation email once processed. Refunds are generally issued within 10 business days of receiving your return, though current volumes can cause delays.

Free gift note
If your returns drop the order below the promo threshold, the free gift must be returned. To keep it without qualifying, we’ll deduct its cost or request payment.

Changing or canceling orders
Not available—orders cannot be changed or canceled after submission. You can return items; we refund item cost only (excluding shipping).
